How to cancel UFC Fight Pass

I cancelled in my UFC account but I'm still being charged.

That usually means the subscription is billed by an app store rather than by UFC. UFC's Terms of Use say subscriptions purchased through an application provider must be cancelled with that provider, and its FAQ names Apple, Google Play and the Amazon Fire app — check Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iPhone, subscriptions in Google Play on Android, or Amazon Customer Service on 1 (888) 280-4331.

I can't reach the Cancel Subscription button on the site.

UFC's Terms of Use (ufc.com/terms) give an alternative for website subscribers: send an email to UFCTVSupport@UFC.com from the address on the account asking to cancel. Send it before the renewal date, since cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

I bought a 12-month pass and want out early.

UFC's refund window is five days from the purchase date, and the refund is reduced by the price of a Weekly Pass. After five days UFC's Terms of Use state you are not eligible for a refund, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than returning money for the current term.
