To cancel ChatGPT Plus, sign in at chatgpt.com, open your account menu, select Settings, then Billing, and under Cancel plan select Cancel — at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Paid features stay on until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store instead; a chatgpt.com subscription won't appear there.

OpenAI says a subscription purchased on chatgpt.com does not appear in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions — check your purchase receipt to identify which platform billed you, and check each Google or Apple account on your device.
OpenAI says deleting your ChatGPT account cancels subscriptions billed directly by ChatGPT, but does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription — cancel through Apple before deleting the account. Uninstalling the app never cancels anything.
