Prime Video is a self-serve online cancellation. For a video-only subscription, open Account & Settings, select the Your Account tab, and choose End Subscription. You keep access until your current period ends and can reverse the cancellation until then. If you subscribed through Apple, Google, or a mobile carrier, cancel through that provider instead.

Sign in and go to Account & Settings on Prime Video (primevideo.com/settings).
Select the Your Account tab.
Under your Prime Video-only subscription, select End Subscription.
Confirm; your subscription end date is shown and you can reverse it until that date.
Go to Account & Settings and select Subscriptions from the top menu.
Find the add-on subscription you want to cancel.
Select Unsubscribe (this may also appear as 'withdraw') and confirm.

A Prime Video-only subscription is ended via Account & Settings > Your Account > End Subscription. If Prime Video is bundled with a full Amazon Prime membership, you instead cancel the whole membership under Prime Membership by selecting Edit on Amazon.
