If you're cancelling Plusnet without switching to a new provider
- 1
Call the Customer Options Team on 0330 1239 123 — Plusnet's policy calls this the quickest and easiest way — between 8am and 8pm, any day.
- 2
Give 14 days' notice (28 days on a business account); you pay for the service through the notice period.
- 3
Ask for the early termination charge figure if you're still inside your minimum term.
- 4
Prefer paper? Plusnet's policy accepts cancellation by post to Plusnet Plc, Endeavour, Sheffield Digital Campus, 1a Concourse Way, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S1 2BJ — it recommends recorded delivery. The letter must state the account holder's name, the account username, the full address where the service is provided and the telephone number it runs on.
- 5
Return the router if you signed up after 1 February 2024, or a £50 non-return fee applies.
- • There is no online cancellation route in Plusnet's documented process — the policy names the phone line and the postal address.
