I can't find a cancel button in my MagellanTV account.

MagellanTV places it behind the profile icon at the upper right of the website — sign in first, then open that menu. If the option is missing entirely, an app store may be billing you; check your platform account page, or email connect@magellantv.com.

My free trial converted to a paid subscription without warning.

MagellanTV documents this in its Terms & Conditions (https://www.magellantv.com/terms-conditions): it says you will not receive a notice from MagellanTV that your free trial has ended and that payment is due, and that you must cancel prior to midnight Eastern Time on the last day of the trial.
