- No minimum term, commitment period, or early-termination fee is documented. The Hallmark+ Supplemental Terms (effective March 12, 2026) state subscriptions "renew automatically until cancelled" for additional periods of the same duration at the then-current fee unless cancelled before renewal, and that "To avoid future charges, you must cancel prior to the end of your then-current billing period." There is no notice period — cancelling any time before renewal is sufficient. Free trials require a valid payment method and convert to the full fee at the end of the trial; you are ineligible for a trial if you or another household member (or your payment method, physical address, or email address) has been associated with a Hallmark Media subscription in the preceding 12 months. The cancellation channel depends entirely on billing source: Hallmark+ documents separate paths for the website, the Hallmark+ app on Apple/Roku/Amazon Fire/Android, and On Demand or Premium Channel subscriptions via Amazon Prime Video, Roku Channel, Apple TV Channel, YouTube TV, Sling, Dish, Frontier, Comcast Xfinity, Cox, DirecTV, and Frndly TV. Subscribing to Hallmark+ also enrolls you in the separate Crown Rewards loyalty program if you are not already a member; that membership is governed by its own terms and is cancelled only by calling 1-800-HALLMARK.
