How to cancel ALLBLK

   In your browser, sign in to allblk.tv and click 'My Stuff' in the top right-hand corner of the site.

   Select 'Manage Account' in the dropdown options.

   From Manage Account, cancel your membership — ALLBLK's account article lists 'cancel your membership' among the things you can do from this page.

   Check the Account Status section on the same page — ALLBLK says your payment method is listed there, and that 'If you do not see a note, your membership was created through the ALLBLK website.'

• • ALLBLK: 'If you signed up with a credit card via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. At the moment, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS and Android.'

   Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

   Tap your name.

   Tap Subscriptions.

   Select ALLBLK.

   Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page, then select Confirm.

• • ALLBLK warns: 'Deleting the ALLBLK app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions below in order to stop being billed.'
• • From a computer: open the App Store, click your name in the bottom-left corner, click Account Settings, scroll to the Manage section, select Manage next to Subscriptions, select Edit next to ALLBLK, then Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
• • If ALLBLK isn't listed, ALLBLK says to check you're signed in with the correct Apple ID — and that if you only have one Apple ID, 'you might have subscribed directly on ALLBLK and not through Apple.'

   On a computer, go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, then next to ALLBLK select Cancel Subscription.

   On an Android phone instead: open the Google Play Store, tap the Menu icon, select Subscriptions, then select ALLBLK.

   Select Cancel Subscription.

   Select Cancel Subscription again to confirm.

• • ALLBLK: 'you will receive an email from Google Play confirming the cancellation. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.'
• • If ALLBLK isn't listed, ALLBLK says the Google Play account you're signed in to is not the one paying for the subscription — sign in with the correct Google account or contact Google Play.
