Open a web browser on a computer, tablet, or mobile web — the help center states you cannot cancel inside the iOS or Android apps.
Sign in and click 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner of the site.
Click 'Cancel Membership' on the lower right-hand side under 'Membership Settings'.
If you are still inside the one-time 7-day free trial, cancel before it expires on the seventh day to avoid the first charge.
Log into your PayPal account.
Cancel the recurring payment to Sundance Now — the help center warns that otherwise PayPal will continue to bill you and forward the payment.
Sundance Now is notified once the recurring payment is cancelled, and the subscription is then cancelled.
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Select Sundance Now, then 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page, then Confirm.
On a computer: open the App Store signed in with your Apple ID, click your name, then Account Settings, scroll to Manage, select Manage next to Subscriptions, choose Edit next to Sundance Now, then Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
If Sundance Now is not listed, check you are signed in with the correct Apple ID; with only one Apple ID it may mean you subscribed directly rather than through Apple.
From a computer, go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Next to Sundance Now, select Cancel Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
From an Android phone: open the Google Play Store, tap the Menu icon, select Subscriptions, select Sundance Now, then Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Google Play sends a confirmation email and the subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
Go to https://www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions — the help center notes a Fire TV subscription can only be managed on the Amazon website.
Find the Sundance Now subscription and select 'Actions'.
Choose 'Edit payment information', then 'View billing history', then 'Cancel your subscription'.
Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels at https://www.amazon.com/myac
Look under 'Prime Video Channels' to find Sundance Now.
Select the Prime Video Channels option and confirm.

Sign in to your Roku account if prompted.
