Shadow documents no prorated refund for a partial month on the Shadow PC Pro 'Always On' add-on, which you cannot switch off yourself — you have to ask Support, and it takes effect at the end of the calendar month. Terminations for crypto-mining violations of Shadow's Terms of Use also happen without refund. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle without an immediate charge.

Why won't Shadow let me cancel my subscription?

Shadow's accepted payment methods article lists Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit or credit cards, PayPal and PayPal Express Checkout, and Google Pay; Google Pay there is a card wallet, not Google Play billing. The Shadow apps on your phone, tablet or TV are just clients for the cloud PC, so deleting them changes nothing.
