Go to accounts.nintendo.com/portal and sign in to the Nintendo Account that purchased the membership.
Select Nintendo Switch Online.
In the Active Plan section, select Cancel Your Pass by Turning Off Auto-Renewal.
Select Confirm to turn off renewal. Do this at least 48 hours before the term is set to expire.
On the HOME Menu, select Nintendo eShop and choose the account that purchased the membership.
Select your user icon in the upper-right corner to open Account Information.
Highlight Nintendo Switch Online on the left side of the screen.
Select Cancel Your Subscription by Turning Off Automatic Renewal, at least 48 hours before the term expires.
