What happens after you cancel?

Live local and primetime games on mobile, plus NFL+ Premium extras such as NFL RedZone, All-22 film, and full and condensed replays, end when that period runs out.

Can I cancel NFL+ from the NFL Fantasy app?

No. NFL's support site states you cannot cancel an NFL+ or NFL+ Premium subscription through the NFL Fantasy App. If NFL bills you directly, sign in to your NFL.com account and use the Manage Subscriptions page. If a store bills you, cancel through that store.
