How to cancel Sling TV

   Sign in to your account at sling.com/my-account.

   Select Manage.

   Select Cancel. (If the option is not immediately visible, scroll down — Sling notes the Cancel control sits further down the page.)

   Look for Sling's confirmation email: Sling states it will send an email confirming your cancellation.

   Optional check: sign back in to your account. A cancelled subscription that still has paid time remaining is labelled Expiring soon with the end date shown, and no further action is needed. If it still shows as active, repeat Manage then Cancel.

   If you hit long load times or other errors while trying to cancel, Sling advises trying a private or incognito browser tab, or clearing your browser cache.

   If you are still seeing charges, sign in and confirm whether the account shows no active subscriptions (cancelled) or is labelled Expiring soon (cancelled, still within paid time).

   If the charge does not match that account, use Sling's forgot email page to find which email address is associated with the card being charged, then sign in with that address and cancel the subscription there. You can reset the password if needed.

   If Sling is unable to locate an account, or you do not recognise the email address returned, tell the Sling chatbot about the problem to get more help.
