How to cancel Nebula

Sign in to your account at nebula.tv in a web browser.

Open Settings and select the Subscription tab (nebula.tv/settings/subscription).

On the Current Plan card, click Manage — Nebula's terms call this "Change or Cancel"; the page it opens is titled Manage Plan.

Select Cancel plan next to the plan you want to stop.

On the Cancel Your Subscription screen Nebula shows "If you cancel now, you can still access your subscription until" followed by your period end date. Choose Cancel my plan rather than Keep my subscription.

Nebula confirms with the message "Your subscription has been cancelled", returns you to the Subscription tab, and may show a short survey.

Email help@nebula.tv from the address on your Nebula account — the terms name this as an alternative to cancelling in Settings.

Alternatively, submit the support request form at support.nebula.tv/hc/en-us/requests/new, which Nebula's help centre calls its preferred method because it routes the request to the proper team.

State clearly that you want the subscription cancelled, and keep the reply as your record.

Check Settings and the Subscription tab afterwards to confirm the plan now shows an end date rather than a renewal date.

Nebula's terms (5.6 In-App Purchases) state that in-app purchases are billed by the App Store, not by Nebula, and that you must turn off automatic renewal in your App Store account settings. Nebula documents nothing further — the steps below come from Apple.

On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap Nebula, then tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down to find it. If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiry date in red, it is already cancelled.

Apple's current instructions use the same Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions path on Apple TV; you can also manage it at account.apple.com under Subscriptions.

Direct billing and refund questions about that charge to Apple — Nebula's terms say billing inquiries go to the App Store.

Nebula's terms (5.6 In-App Purchases) say subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are billed by the applicable App Store — which includes Google's Android app market — not by Nebula, so cancel in Google Play. The steps below come from Google.

On a computer, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, signed in to the Google Account that pays for Nebula.

Next to the Nebula subscription, click Manage, then click Cancel subscription.

Choose a reason in the confirmation pop-up and click Continue.

In the Android Google Play app the same option sits under your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Billing questions about that charge go to Google Play, not to Nebula.

Nebula's terms (5.6 In-App Purchases) say that if you subscribed through a third party such as Roku, cancellation must be completed through that third party — nebula.tv will not cancel it. Nebula documents nothing beyond that, so the steps below come from Roku.

On the web, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions and sign in, then under Active subscriptions select Nebula.

Select Manage subscription, then select Turn off auto-renew — this is Roku's wording for cancelling; there is no "Cancel subscription" button on this flow.

On a Roku device instead: from the Home screen scroll to the Apps section, highlight Nebula, press the Star (*) button, then choose Manage subscription and Turn off auto-renew.

Roku states you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle and that no partial-term refunds are provided. Billing questions about that charge go to Roku, not Nebula.
