How to cancel Factor

You can cancel Factor yourself online. Sign in on the website or app, open Plan Settings, scroll to the Status section, and choose Deactivate My Plan, then decline the retention offers and confirm. Do this before the weekly cutoff (Wednesday 11:59pm CT), or the next box still ships and is charged.

Cancel on the Factor website

    Sign in to your account at factor75.com.

    Open 'Plan Settings' from the account menu.

    Scroll to the 'Status' section and click 'Deactivate My Plan.'

    Review the retention offers and issue-resolution options, then click 'Cancel Anyway.'

    Choose a cancellation reason (the survey is optional) and click 'Deactivate Now.'

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • You should receive a cancellation confirmation email, often within minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
  • Any box you were already charged for before the cutoff still ships; there are no deliveries or charges after that.
  • Your plan stays deactivated until you choose to reactivate it — no data is deleted by canceling.
