How to cancel EveryPlate

EveryPlate lets you cancel yourself online. Log in, open Settings, choose Deactivate your Plan, skip past the retention offers with Cancel anyway, pick a reason, and confirm with Deactivate now. Do this before 11:59 pm CT at least 5 days before your next delivery, or you'll still get that box. Phone and live chat are optional.

Cancel online in your account settings

    Log in to your EveryPlate account on the website (or app).

    Open the account menu and choose Settings (Plan Settings).

    Scroll down and select Deactivate your Plan.

    Review the pause/skip alternatives EveryPlate offers, then choose Cancel anyway.

    Select a reason for canceling and confirm with Deactivate now.

    To avoid the next charge, finish this before 11:59 pm CT at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery.

Pause instead by skipping weeks

    Log in to your EveryPlate account.

    Open the delivery/menu view for upcoming weeks.

    On each week you don't want, select Skip Week (same 5-day / 11:59 pm CT cutoff applies).

    Reactivate or resume any skipped week from your account before its cutoff if plans change.

Cancel by live chat or phone

    Open live chat from the EveryPlate contact page and type "Cancel my account" to be routed to a live agent, or call EveryPlate customer care (verify the current number on the contact page).

    Ask the agent to deactivate your plan and request written or on-screen confirmation.

    The same 5-day / 11:59 pm CT cutoff applies to avoid being charged for the next box.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • Your plan is deactivated and no further weekly boxes are scheduled.
