Cancel on the HelloFresh website (self-serve)

Sign in to your account at hellofresh.com in a web browser (desktop or mobile browser — the app has no cancel option).

Click your name in the upper-right corner and choose Account Settings.

Open Plan Settings and scroll down to the Status section.

Click Cancel Plan.

Select a cancellation reason and continue through the prompts, declining any discount or pause/skip offers if you intend to fully cancel.

Confirm the cancellation — you'll see an on-screen message confirming your account is cancelled.

Do this by 11:59 pm PST at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for the next box.
