How to cancel Blue Apron

Blue Apron has no minimum commitment, so you can cancel anytime from a web browser (the mobile app has no cancel option). Sign in, open Account Settings, go to Plan Settings, click Edit, then Pause/Cancel Subscription, and choose to cancel at the bottom of the page. Act before your weekly "Changeable Before" cutoff, or the next box still ships and is charged.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • No future weekly boxes are scheduled or charged once the cancellation is complete.
  • Any order already past its weekly 'Changeable Before' cutoff (marked 'Order Processed' or 'Shipped') still ships and is charged.
  • You'll be prompted to complete a brief exit survey to finish canceling.
  • Your account remains accessible, so you can reactivate later if you choose.

Refund notes

  • Orders already marked "Order Processed" or "Shipped" can't be cancelled and are non-refundable — you're responsible for those charges. Contact Blue Apron's Customer Experience team about any refund request on a processed order.
