Cancel online (web browser)

In a desktop or mobile web browser, go to blueapron.com and sign in — the mobile app does not offer a cancel option.

Open Account Settings, then go to your Plan Settings page.

Click 'Edit,' then 'Pause/Cancel Subscription.'

You'll first see options to pause deliveries (4, 6, 8, or 10 weeks). To fully cancel instead, click the 'click here' link at the bottom of the page, then click 'Next.'

Complete the brief exit survey to confirm your cancellation.

Do this before your order's 'Changeable Before' cutoff date and time so the next box isn't processed and charged.
