How to cancel Crunchyroll

   Go to Crunchyroll.com on your web browser.

   Log into your account and (if applicable) select your user profile.

   Click your profile icon → Settings → Membership Info.

   Your billing method is shown there. If you're subscribed through a different payment method or service, like PlayStation, it will appear on the Membership Info page.

   Note: if you subscribed through a completely separate platform such as Amazon Prime Video or The Roku Channel, you won't be able to log in or see account settings on the Crunchyroll website or app — your subscription info lives in the service you used to sign up.
