Step-by-step cancellation

These steps only appear when the flow was verified against an official provider or platform source.

If you subscribed on suno.com

  1. 1

    Visit suno.com/account.

  2. 2

Choose Cancel Subscription at the top of the page.

  3. 3

Confirm the changes before moving forward.

  4. 4

  • Suno says this route only covers subscriptions purchased from its direct billing processor, Stripe.
  • After the subscription has ended you can still reach your billing history: Suno publishes a Stripe billing portal login at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR6eWL9cZ4sy5fqaEE where you enter your account email to receive a login link, which stays active for 30 minutes.

Common problems

Only official-source troubleshooting notes are included here.

You cancelled on suno.com but Apple or Google is still charging you.

Those are separate subscriptions. Suno says mobile subscriptions paid via the App Store or Google Play Store must be cancelled directly through those services, and that Suno typically cannot modify them. Check your device's subscription list and cancel the Suno entry there.

You want out immediately, not at the end of the cycle.

Suno documents no immediate termination. Its refund article says you can continue to use the service through the end of the billing cycle and the account reverts to Basic on completion. If the charge was very recent, Suno says to email support@suno.com - "if it's only been a day or two, give our team a shout".

You cannot find your Suno billing details because you have already cancelled.

Suno publishes a Stripe billing portal login for former subscribers. Enter your account email to be sent a login link, which is valid for 30 minutes; check spam if it doesn't appear.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • You can continue to use the service through the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.
  • The account reverts to the Basic plan upon completion of that cycle.
  • Suno documents that songs made while subscribed are granted commercial use rights, and that once on the Basic tier any new songs will not be eligible for commercial use.
  • Billing history stays reachable after you stop paying, through the Stripe billing portal login Suno publishes for former subscribers.

Refund notes

  • Suno's terms make payments "final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Suno", and it handles exceptions case by case through support@suno.com.
  • Suno lists cases it would honour: an accidental payment such as a yearly subscription bought instead of a monthly one (which it can revert with a partial refund), an accidental or unattended sign-up where there are zero songs in the account and one or more payments, and significant product malfunction or downtime - for which it says it offers credits that, unlike monthly credits, carry over to the next month.
  • Suno lists cases it would not honour: changing your mind after months of use (it recommends cancelling instead, noting you can use the service through the end of the billing cycle), and intermittent usage across several months.
  • Suno adds that if it discontinues the service it will refund pre-paid fees on a pro rata basis, based on the number of months left in the pre-payment period.
  • If it has only been a day or two, Suno invites you to email support@suno.com and says the team will do its best to make it right.

FAQ

Where exactly is the cancel button in my Suno account?

Suno documents it at the top of suno.com/account: choose Cancel Subscription there, then confirm the changes before moving forward. The same page offers a second route - choose Update Payment to cancel the subscription directly within Stripe. Both only work for subscriptions bought through Suno's own payment processor, not for App Store or Google Play purchases.

How do I cancel a Suno subscription I bought in the mobile app?

Through the store that billed you. For iOS, Suno says to open Settings, tap your name to reach your Apple Account, tap Subscriptions, tap Suno, then Cancel Subscription. For Android, open Settings, tap Google, your name, Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions, Manage subscriptions, Suno, then Cancel Subscription. Suno says it typically cannot modify store-billed subscriptions itself.

What happens to commercial use rights for my Suno songs if I cancel?

Suno documents that songs made while subscribed are granted commercial use rights in addition to personal, non-commercial use. It also states that once you are on the Basic tier, any new songs will not be eligible for commercial use. Suno separately notes that granting commercial use rights does not guarantee copyright protection, which is determined by your country's copyright office rather than by Suno.

Will Suno refund an unused subscription?

Only case by case. Suno's terms say payments are final and non-refundable unless Suno determines otherwise. It says it is likely to help where there are zero songs in the account and one or more payments, where you bought a yearly plan instead of a monthly one, or where there was significant downtime. It declines refunds for changing your mind after months of use, or for intermittent use. Email support@suno.com.

How do I get my Suno invoices after the subscription has ended?

Suno publishes a Stripe billing portal for former subscribers. Visit the login link Suno provides at billing.stripe.com and enter the email address on your account to receive a login link by email. Suno says the link is active for only 30 minutes, and to check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. While still subscribed you can reach the same portal from suno.com/account via Update Payment.
