To cancel Dropbox Plus, log in at dropbox.com, click your avatar, open Manage account, click Cancel plan, then pick a reason and confirm. You keep Plus until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the account reverts to Dropbox Basic. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in those app-store subscription settings instead.
