To cancel Microsoft 365, sign in at account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and select Cancel subscription (the control may read "Upgrade or Cancel"). You keep access until the expiry date shown in your account. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through them instead. Not every cancellation results in a refund.
