Go to my.nordaccount.com and log in with your NordVPN email and password.
Open the Billing tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Find your NordVPN subscription and the 'Auto-renewal: ON' line, then click Cancel next to it.
Click 'Cancel auto-renewal' in the confirmation dialog.
Confirm the status now reads 'Auto-renewal: OFF' and watch for the confirmation email.
Within 30 days of your initial direct purchase, open live chat at support.nordvpn.com (or email support@nordvpn.com).
Open the verification link support sends you to reach your billing history.
Click the Refund button next to the eligible payment.
