Sign in to your Norton account at my.norton.com
Go to My Account and select the My Subscriptions tab
Find your Norton 360 subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal'
Next to Plan Renewal, click 'Unsubscribe'
Choose a reason and click 'Next'; if retention offers appear, click 'No thanks, cancel my subscription', then 'Next'
Confirm — the change usually takes a few hours (allow up to 24 hours) to appear in your account
