Benefits run to the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund.

Go to www.epicgames.com/account and sign in to your Epic Games account.
Select Subscriptions in the left menu.
Select the cog icon at the top right of your Fortnite Crew subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Launch Fortnite and open the Passes tab.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select Cancellation Info.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Open the Epic Games Store application.
Click on your profile and select Account.
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Select Cancel.
Navigate to account.microsoft.com/account and sign in to your Microsoft account.
Select Services & Subscriptions on the left of the page.
Select Manage next to your Fortnite Crew subscription listing.
Select Turn off recurring billing on the right.
Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing.
On PS5: from the home screen go to Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Accounts, and select Payment and Subscriptions.
Go to Game and App Services, select Fortnite from the list of games, find Fortnite Crew and select Turn Off Auto-Renew — the expiry date is displayed.
On PS4: Settings, then Account Management, then Account Information, then Services List, select Fortnite, find Fortnite Crew and select Turn Off Auto-Renew.
On the web: sign in at store.playstation.com, click your profile picture, select Subscriptions Management, find Fortnite Crew and select Turn Off Auto Renew.
Press the Home button on your Switch and open the Nintendo eShop.
Select your account icon in the top right of the screen, then select Your Subscriptions.
Locate your Fortnite Crew subscription and select Turn Off Automatic Renewal, then follow the prompts.
On the web: sign in at https://ec.nintendo.com/my/rights, locate Fortnite Crew and select Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
Open the Settings app on the Apple device you used to subscribe to Fortnite Crew.
Select your name, then select Subscriptions.
Select Fortnite Crew, then Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.
Alternatively, go to https://account.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open the ONE store app on the Android device you used to subscribe to Fortnite Crew.
Open My menu, then Settings, then Subscription.
Select Fortnite, then Cancel Subscription.

Epic states plainly that Fortnite Crew subscriptions cannot be refunded, and that what you can do instead is cancel so you are not charged for next month. Epic's terms say you must cancel before your next billing date to stop being charged. Fortnite states that Fortnite Crew is part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and that Game Pass Ultimate members receive all current Fortnite Crew benefits, so there is no separate Epic-billed Crew subscription to switch off. The Crew terms also state that Epic does not handle billing or cancellations for these platforms.
