How to cancel Copy.ai

You want to move from yearly to monthly billing.

Copy.ai's knowledge base says that direction isn't self-serve — contact support. Going the other way, monthly to yearly, takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your card failed and you're unsure whether you've been cancelled.

Copy.ai says Stripe will keep trying to charge the card for up to 7 days, and the subscription is cancelled after that if the payment never succeeds. During and after that period you lose access to the products, though your projects and folders stay in place.

What happens after you cancel?
