How to cancel Zoom Pro

To cancel Zoom Pro, sign in to the Zoom web portal, go to Account Management > Billing > Current Plans, click Cancel Plan, and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing term. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store instead.
