How to cancel Stitch Fix

Stitch Fix bills per shipment, not a locked-in plan. To stop charges, sign in at stitchfix.com, open Account Settings, and use Manage automatic Fixes to stop receiving scheduled Fixes — your account stays active on-demand. To erase your data entirely, contact Stitch Fix Support and ask them to delete the account.

Step-by-step cancellation

Stop automatic Fixes (keep account) — website

    Sign in at stitchfix.com with your email and password.

    Click your profile icon in the top-right, then choose "Account Settings".

    In the Fix Schedule section, click "Manage automatic Fixes".

    Click "I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes" and follow the prompts (you'll be asked to pick a reason).

Delete your account entirely — contact Support

    Reach Stitch Fix Support via web chat or text, or in the iOS app go to Profile > Support > Message us.

    Ask the Support team to delete your account.

    Verify your identity and confirm the deletion request when the agent asks.

    Note that any remaining styling-fee credits, referral credits, and gift-card balances are non-refundable and are lost when the account is deleted.

No. Once a Fix is being styled or has shipped it can't be canceled. Stop future scheduled Fixes before the next one begins processing to avoid the next charge.
