I cancelled in the Reddit app but I am still being charged.

Reddit ties cancellation to the payment method, not to the app. If the charge is on your Apple ID, cancel in your device's Account Settings or the App Store's Manage Subscriptions; if it is on Google Play, cancel in Play's Subscriptions section; only card and PayPal subscriptions are cancelled from the Reddit Premium section of your Account Settings.

I bought Reddit Premium and it isn't showing on my account.

Reddit says to message its support team from the email address associated with your Reddit account so an admin can look into it. It also warns that with Apple or Google you get one subscription per Apple ID or email address — if Premium landed on a different Reddit account, you have to cancel, wait for it to expire, and buy again on the right account, or buy through the website for immediate access.

I want to move Reddit Premium from in-app billing to the cheaper web price.

Reddit documents no in-place switch. Its Premium article says that to change payment methods you cancel the subscription, wait for it to expire, and then re-subscribe with the method you want — so time the cancellation so the gap falls where you can live with it.

What happens after you cancel?
