Bought directly from keepersecurity.com
- 1
Open the Keeper Web Vault or Desktop App and click your email address in the top-right corner, then select the Account tab — Keeper's article says this is where you view your subscription type and renewal information, which tells you who bills you.
- 2
Keeper's knowledge base says that for website purchases — or if you want to upgrade your plan or remove specific add-ons like BreachWatch or Secure File Storage — you may need to contact Keeper's support team at keepersecurity.com/support. No self-serve cancel control is documented for direct purchases.
- 3
Submit the support request asking to cancel the subscription and stop the renewal, or to remove only the add-ons you no longer want if you are downgrading rather than leaving.
- 4
File it at least 30 days before your renewal date: Keeper's SaaS Terms of Use say either party may terminate for convenience or elect not to renew "upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice before the applicable renewal date."
- 5
Keep the support ticket confirmation. Keeper's terms state all fees are nonrefundable and considered earned on receipt, so the confirmation is your record that the request was filed in time.
