How to cancel Incogni

   Log in to your Incogni account at incogni.com/login.

   Click your email address in the upper-right corner on desktop, or tap the profile icon on mobile.

   Select Profile from the menu.

   Choose the Subscription & billing tab in the menu on the left.

   Click Manage next to your plan name to open the drop-down menu.

   Select Cancel subscription and follow the steps on screen.

   Note that this stops auto-renewal and future charges but does not issue a refund on its own.

   If you would rather not do it yourself, Incogni says you can also cancel by reaching out to its Customer Support team via the contact us button in the help center.

   Check which company actually charged you before opening the Incogni portal.

   If you bought Incogni via NordVPN, Coveron (previously NordProtect) or Surfshark, contact that provider's customer support team to cancel — Incogni's help center says the cancellation must go through them.
