How to cancel Grubhub+

You cancelled but were still charged for the coming cycle.

Grubhub's cutoff is 24 hours before the next scheduled payment, so a cancellation made inside that window still lets the renewal go through. Grubhub asks that you contact Customer Care at grubhub.com/help/contact-us or 1 (877) 585-1085 within 60 days of a charge you want to dispute.

You cannot find Grubhub+ in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions.

That is expected. Grubhub charges the payment method it has on file for your Grubhub account, so the membership is cancelled inside the Grubhub app or at grubhub.com — not in an app store's subscription list.

Your Grubhub+ benefits disappeared without you cancelling.

Grubhub says it may cancel a Grubhub+ membership with or without notice if your payment method is invalid, and that promotional memberships tied to a third-party service can be cancelled automatically when that service is cancelled. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
