Log into your account at eharmony.com.
Click the down-arrow next to your profile picture at the top of the page.
Click "Data & settings."
Click "Amend subscription" or "Cancel auto renewal" (US).
Review the details and click the link to begin cancellation.
Confirm on the confirmation page. Note: this only turns off auto-renewal — your current subscription still runs its full term and pending payments remain due.
Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Select eharmony and tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm. (Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription or stop scheduled payments.)
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the eharmony subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. (eharmony cannot cancel Apple-billed subscriptions for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it.)
