Cancel a Digital or All Access membership online

Sign in to your Consumer Reports account at consumerreports.org.

Go to Manage My Membership, or open Account Settings and select the link to cancel or manage your membership.

Choose the option to cancel your membership / turn off renewal.

Select whether to cancel immediately or keep access until the end of your current paid term.

Confirm the cancellation and watch for an on-screen or email confirmation.
