If you subscribed directly at 1Password.com, sign in, open Billing in the sidebar, and choose Cancel subscription. Your account stays active until the current billing period ends, then freezes; you can still sign in to view and export data. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google must be canceled in those app stores. Refunds for remaining time aren't issued.

No. 1Password says it can't issue refunds for past charges or for any time remaining at cancellation, and there is no documented money-back window. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your account is frozen once the billing period ends, but you can still sign in to 1Password.com or the apps to view and export your data — as long as you don't delete the account.
If you started with an in-app purchase on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, Apple handles billing, so you cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Android in-app purchases are managed through Google Play, not on 1Password.com.
No. Canceling only stops billing and freezes the account after the current period ends. Deleting the account is a separate action, and once you delete it your data can't be recovered.
