SoulCycle requires cancellation requests at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Inside that window the charge stands and the classes are added to your account, and SoulCycle says no refund is given — so use those classes within their 30-day expiry.

You cannot find Soul Renew anywhere in your SoulCycle account.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

Classes already on your account stay usable until they expire — SoulCycle says Soul Renew class packs expire 30 days after they are added.

You can still book classes by buying individual classes or a class series without a subscription.

Refund notes

SoulCycle states that no refunds are provided if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. Cancel later than that and you are billed for — and receive — the following month's classes.
SoulCycle's general Terms & Conditions add state-specific cancellation rights on class-series purchases (for example a three-business-day right in New York and a five-business-day right in California), with refunds issued after SoulCycle receives written notice, less the cost of classes already used.
