How to cancel Peloton All-Access

Peloton's All-Access Membership is billed directly by Peloton and you cancel it yourself online: sign in as the primary account holder at onepeloton.com/mymembership, open Manage Membership, and confirm cancellation (you may be offered a pause of up to 3 months first). Access runs to the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refund. Check current pricing.

Step-by-step cancellation

These steps only appear when the flow was verified against an official provider or platform source.

Cancel online (Peloton website)

  1. 1

Sign in at onepeloton.com as the primary account holder — the account the membership is billed to (shared profiles on the same hardware cannot cancel).

  2. 2

Go to My Membership at onepeloton.com/mymembership.

  3. 3

    Select "Manage Membership."

  4. 4

Choose to cancel — Peloton may first offer to pause your membership for up to 3 months instead.

  5. 5

Follow the prompts to confirm, then look for a cancellation confirmation email.

Cancel via Peloton Member Support

  1. 1

Contact Peloton Member Support at 1-866-679-9129, or use the contact options on Peloton's support site.

  2. 2

Ask to cancel your All-Access Membership and verify you are the primary account holder.

  3. 3

Confirm the cancellation and that access continues through the end of the current billing period.

  4. 4

Keep the confirmation for your records.

Common problems

Only official-source troubleshooting notes are included here.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it is not renewed.
  • No prorated refund is issued for the unused part of the current period.
  • Your workout history, milestones, and profile are kept and restored if you reactivate later.
  • The Bike/Tread/Row hardware still powers on, but on-demand and live classes plus full metrics require an active membership.

Refund notes

  • No prorated or mid-cycle refund — access continues to the end of the current billing period, then billing stops. Annual and other discounted plans are non-refundable. Check current terms.

FAQ

Will I get a refund if I cancel partway through the month or year?

No. Peloton's terms state you are not eligible for a prorated refund of the current period. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and annual or discounted plans are non-refundable. Check current terms.

Can I pause instead of canceling?

Yes. You can pause your All-Access Membership for up to 3 months (once every 12 months) instead of canceling. It reactivates on the date you choose, billing resumes then, and your history is saved. Cancel if your break will be longer.

Is All-Access billed through Apple or Google?

No. The All-Access Membership is billed by Peloton directly because it is tied to your Bike, Tread, or Row hardware, so you cancel through Peloton — not the App Store or Google Play. Only the separate Peloton App membership can be billed through those stores.

Do I have to be the account owner to cancel?

Yes. Only the primary account holder that the membership is billed to can cancel. Additional member profiles on the same equipment cannot cancel the membership.
