Cancel through your home gym (the standard route)
- 1
Identify your home gym — the club that manages your billing and benefits, which may not be the one you joined at.
- 2
Look up its phone number or email on the Snap Fitness gym locator at snapfitness.com/us/gyms.
- 3
Contact your home gym directly — call, email, or visit in person — and request to cancel.
- 4
Confirm the date your notice is recorded from, since most memberships require 30 days' notice.
- 5
Ask what your final payment will be: Snap Fitness says you are responsible for dues only for the 30 days following your notice, which may require a prorated final payment.
- 6
Get the cancellation confirmed in writing and keep it.
- • Snap Fitness's FAQ words this as: "Contact your home gym directly (call, email, or visit in-person) and request to cancel."
- • Because Snap Fitness gyms are independently owned and operated, the person you reach at the club is the one who processes it — there is no universal corporate cancel button.
