How to cancel EOS Fitness

EōS Fitness memberships are month-to-month and require 30 days' notice. Request cancellation online in the MICO Member Portal at MyiClubOnline: log in, open My Agreements, and select the agreement to cancel. If no cancellation option appears, call 1-866-992-8958 or email customercare@abcfitness.com. There is no cancellation fee, but one final month bills.

Contract / fees
EōS Fitness memberships are month-to-month and require a 30-day cancellation notice, and EōS states there is no fee for cancelling the membership itself. The complication is Personal Training. EōS documents that Personal Training Agreements are separate multi-month contracts, and that if you have an active Personal Training Agreement you will not be able to cancel your membership until the PT agreement is dealt with — either pay the remaining balance, or wait until it is fulfilled. EōS does document escapes from a PT agreement with supporting documentation: military orders resulting in a move (immediate cancel), any other voluntary move (30-day notice), and medical reasons verified by a medical professional (immediate cancel). EōS also documents an Annual Membership Fee of $59.99 billed within 30 days of enrollment and annually on your enrollment anniversary, plus a $2.99 processing fee waived for ACH billing. Memberships must be in good standing without a past-due balance before they can be cancelled.

Step-by-step cancellation

These steps only appear when the flow was verified against an official provider or platform source.

Request cancellation in the MICO Member Portal (MyiClubOnline)

  1. 1

Go to MyiClubOnline.com (mico.myiclubonline.com) and log in, or register as a New User.

  2. 2

    Navigate to "My Agreements".

  3. 3

Select the agreement you want to cancel and submit the request.

  4. 4

EōS states you should receive a response from one of its team members within the next 24 hours.

  5. 5

Make sure the membership is in good standing with no past-due balance — EōS documents that as a condition of cancelling.

  6. 6

Expect one final month's dues on your regular billing date, covering the final 30 days.

  • EōS explicitly documents the fallback: "If you do not see a cancellation option, call 1‑866‑992‑8958 to speak with a Customer Service Representative."
  • EōS's FAQ also states "The best way to cancel is to visit your home EōS Fitness location and speak with a team member", so the in-club route remains its own first recommendation.

Cancel by phone or email if the portal shows no cancellation option

  1. 1

Call 1-866-992-8958 to speak with a Customer Service Representative, or email customercare@abcfitness.com.

  2. 2

State that you want to cancel your membership and give your agreement or barcode number.

  3. 3

Confirm your account has no past-due balance — EōS states all memberships must be in good standing without a past-due balance.

  4. 4

Confirm the date your 30-day notice is being recorded from — that date drives your final billing.

  5. 5

Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation for your records.

  • EōS lists both channels: "Additional cancellation options include calling 1-866-992-8958 or emailing customercare@abcfitness.com."
  • 1-866-992-8958 is also the number EōS names when the online portal does not offer a cancellation option for your agreement.

If you have an active Personal Training Agreement

  1. 1

Understand the block first: EōS states that if you have an active Personal Training Agreement, you won't be able to cancel your membership.

  2. 2

Visit your gym to discuss Personal Training cancellation options — EōS directs PT cancellations to the club.

  3. 3

Choose one of the two documented options: pay the remaining balance on the Personal Training agreement, then cancel the membership with a 30-day notice; or wait until the Personal Training agreement is fulfilled.

  4. 4

If you qualify for a documented exception, bring the paperwork: military orders that result in a move (immediate cancel), any other voluntary move (30-day notice), or medical reasons verified by a medical professional (immediate cancel).

  5. 5

Once the PT agreement is cancelled, proceed with the membership cancellation through the portal or by phone.

  • EōS describes Personal Training Agreements as "separate multi-month contracts" — they do not end when the membership does, and they gate the membership cancellation.

Common problems

Only official-source troubleshooting notes are included here.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • EōS bills one final time on your regular billing date after receiving the notice, covering the final 30 days of the membership — and you keep access for that paid period.
  • There is no cancellation fee for the membership itself.
  • Any Personal Training Agreement is a separate contract and does not end with the membership; it has to be resolved first.
  • The $59.99 Annual Membership Fee is charged within 30 days of enrollment and annually on your enrollment anniversary, so check where you sit relative to that date before cancelling.
  • EōS documents a return path: it still offers a Free 7-Day Gym Pass as long as it has been at least 12 months since you cancelled your previous membership.

Refund notes

  • EōS documents no fee to cancel the membership and no proration. Its FAQ states: "There is no fee for canceling your EōS membership. After we receive your 30-day cancellation notice, you'll be billed one final time on your regular billing date to cover the final 30 days of your membership." One refund route does exist for brand-new members — the Right of Rescission, available to new members who cancel within 3 days of signing up (weekends and holidays excluded), which EōS says provides a full refund of all monies rendered.

FAQ

Can I cancel my EOS Fitness membership online?

Yes. EōS's FAQ says you may request membership cancellation online through the MICO Member Portal (MyiClubOnline): click SUBMIT to access MyiClubOnline.com, log in or register as a New User, navigate to My Agreements, and select the agreement you want to cancel. If no cancellation option appears, EōS says to call 1-866-992-8958. It also offers email at customercare@abcfitness.com and an in-club visit.

How long is the EOS Fitness cancellation notice period?

Thirty days. EōS states memberships are month-to-month and require a 30-day cancellation notice, and that your final month's dues will be billed on your regular billing date after the notice is received. The membership must also be in good standing with no past-due balance.

Is there a fee to cancel EOS Fitness?

No. EōS states there is no fee for cancelling your membership. What you do pay is one final billing: after EōS receives your 30-day notice, you are billed once more on your regular billing date to cover the final 30 days of the membership.

Why won't EOS Fitness let me cancel while I have personal training?

Because EōS treats Personal Training Agreements as separate multi-month contracts. Its FAQ states that with an active PT Agreement you won't be able to cancel your membership. You either pay the remaining PT balance then cancel with 30 days' notice, or wait for the PT agreement to be fulfilled. Documented exceptions exist for military orders, a voluntary move, or verified medical reasons.

Can I get a refund if I just joined EOS Fitness and changed my mind?

EōS documents a Right of Rescission for new members: cancellation must be submitted within 3 days of signing up, weekends and holidays excluded, and it provides a full refund of all monies rendered. Outside that window there is no documented refund — just the 30-day notice and one final month of dues.
