How to cancel EliteSingles

EliteSingles renews automatically for the same term you first bought — monthly, three months or six months. Its Service Agreement says to log in, open Settings and follow the instructions there to disable automatic renewal or cancel, or to email support@elitesingles.com. Fees are non-refundable outside a three-business-day window. App-store purchases cancel with Apple or Google.

yes
Where to start
Log in at elitesingles.com and open Settings — the Service Agreement says to follow the instructions there to disable automatic renewal, modify or cancel. Its cancellation clause also names support@elitesingles.com as a way to cancel at any time during the term.

Possible
Keeps access until
EliteSingles' Service Agreement does not state an end-of-term access date. It does state that subscription fees are non-refundable outside the three-business-day Trial Period, and that a notice concerning cancellation or termination of your membership is effective within a reasonable time after EliteSingles receives it — so cancel well ahead of the renewal date and keep the confirmation.
Contract / fees
EliteSingles' Service Agreement states that it may automatically renew all paid subscriptions upon their expiration date, and that after the initial term and any subsequent renewal periods the subscription renews for the same duration as the initial one — a three-month plan renews for another three months rather than switching to monthly billing. The renewal clause names the terms as "monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months, or any other renewal period explicitly offered at the time of subscription". No early-termination fee is documented. The agreement is published by SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc.

Step-by-step cancellation

These steps only appear when the flow was verified against an official provider or platform source.

If you subscribed on the EliteSingles website

  1. 1

Log in to the EliteSingles site at elitesingles.com.

  2. 2

    Navigate to Settings.

  3. 3

Follow the provided instructions there to disable automatic renewal, modify or cancel your subscription.

  4. 4

If no cancellation option is available to you, email support@elitesingles.com — the agreement states you may cancel at any time during the subscription term by contacting that address.

  5. 5

Do it well ahead of the renewal date: the agreement says a cancellation notice takes effect within a reasonable time after EliteSingles receives it.

  6. 6

Save the confirmation email or a screenshot as proof of the date you cancelled.

  • The agreement's exact wording is that if you wish to disable automatic renewal, modify, or cancel your subscription, you should log in to the EliteSingles Site, navigate to 'Settings' and follow the provided instructions, or contact them. No specific button is named, so work through the Settings menu.
  • Cancelling within three business days of subscribing is the only documented route to a refund — the agreement calls that window your 'Trial Period'.

If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app (billed by Apple)

  1. 1

Confirm the charge is Apple's — an App Store subscription cannot be stopped from the EliteSingles website.

  2. 2

In the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name.

  3. 3

    Tap Subscriptions.

  4. 4

    Tap the EliteSingles subscription.

  5. 5

    Tap Cancel Subscription.

  6. 6

Direct any refund request for that charge to Apple, not to EliteSingles.

  • The EliteSingles App Store listing (developer Successful Information LLC) shows in-app purchases named ELITELEAGUE Premium Membership at $16.99, $36.99 and $66.99, so the app can bill through Apple.
  • The EliteSingles Service Agreement does not mention Apple or Google billing at all, so Apple's own instructions are the authority for this path.

If you subscribed inside the Android app (billed by Google Play)

  1. 1

Confirm the charge is Google's — a Play subscription cannot be stopped from the EliteSingles website.

  2. 2

Open the Google Play app, or go to play.google.com, signed in with the Google account you used to subscribe.

  3. 3

Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

  4. 4

Select EliteSingles and choose Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts.

  5. 5

Google states that when you cancel, you'll still be able to use the subscription for the time you've already paid.

  6. 6

Direct any refund request for that charge to Google Play.

  • The EliteSingles Google Play listing (com.elitesingles.dating) is marked as containing in-app purchases, so a subscription started in the Android app is billed by Google and can only be cancelled there.

Common problems

Only official-source troubleshooting notes are included here.

There is no cancel option in my EliteSingles Settings.

The Service Agreement only says to navigate to Settings and follow the provided instructions — it names no specific control, and there may not be one on your account. The same agreement makes email a valid cancellation channel: write to support@elitesingles.com asking to cancel, send it before the renewal date, and keep a copy of the message and any reply.

My card statement shows a company name I don't recognise instead of EliteSingles.

EliteSingles' Service Agreement is published by SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc., and the App Store lists Successful Information LLC as the app's developer, so a charge may show one of those company names rather than the brand. If the line names Apple or Google, the subscription is an in-app purchase and has to be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

I stopped logging in to EliteSingles but the subscription renewed anyway.

The Service Agreement says paid subscriptions renew automatically upon their expiration date until terminated, so abandoning the account does not end the subscription. Cancel it explicitly — through Settings or by emailing support@elitesingles.com — and be aware that the agreement's only refund window is three business days from the original subscription date.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • Automatic renewal stops, so the subscription does not roll into another full term of the same length.
  • The Service Agreement neither promises access to the end of the paid term nor says access ends immediately — keep your own record of the cancellation date and the term you paid for.
  • Fees already paid are not refunded unless you cancelled within three business days of subscribing.
  • Cancelling the subscription is separate from removing your profile; the agreement treats terminating a membership and deleting content as different actions.
  • A cancellation notice is effective within a reasonable time after EliteSingles receives it, so send it well ahead of the renewal date and keep the email.

Refund notes

  • The Service Agreement gives a three-business-day 'Trial Period': you may cancel a subscription within three business days of subscribing and receive a refund by notifying EliteSingles through the contact information in the agreement. Outside that window it states subscription fees are non-refundable. A separate 'No Payment Disputes' clause adds that all payments made to the company are final and non-refundable, and asks you to contact support@elitesingles.com first about payment-related issues such as auto-renew. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded only by Apple or Google under their own policies.

FAQ

How do I turn off automatic renewal on EliteSingles?

EliteSingles' Service Agreement gives two routes: log in to the site, navigate to Settings and follow the instructions there to disable automatic renewal, modify or cancel; or contact EliteSingles. Its cancellation clause names support@elitesingles.com as the address for cancelling at any time during the subscription term. Act well before the renewal date, since the agreement says a notice takes effect within a reasonable time after it is received.

Is there a refund window after paying for EliteSingles?

Yes, but a short one. The Service Agreement lets you cancel within three business days of subscribing — the 'Trial Period' — and receive a refund by notifying EliteSingles. Outside that window it states subscription fees are non-refundable, and a separate clause says all payments made to the company are final and non-refundable. Apple and Google Play charges are refunded only by those stores.

Does an EliteSingles subscription renew monthly or for the full term?

For the full term. The Service Agreement says that after the initial subscription term and any subsequent renewal periods, your subscription automatically renews for the same duration as your initial subscription, and its renewal clause names the terms as "monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months, or any other renewal period explicitly offered at the time of subscription". A six-month plan renews for another six months rather than dropping to month-to-month billing.

What email address does EliteSingles use for cancellations?

support@elitesingles.com. The Service Agreement states you may cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription term by contacting that address, and its notices clause routes any notice about withdrawal, cancellation or termination of your membership to the same place. Keep the sent message as evidence of when you cancelled.

Where do I cancel EliteSingles if I subscribed through the app?

With the store that billed you. The EliteSingles App Store listing shows in-app purchases for its premium membership and the Google Play listing is marked as containing in-app purchases, so an in-app subscription is held by Apple or Google. Cancel it under Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on Android — emailing EliteSingles will not stop that charge.
