How to cancel CorePower Yoga

Cancel CorePower Yoga from your dashboard: click My Membership, then Cancel Membership — or call 1-833-448-2561. Monthly memberships need 30 days' notice, effective the business day after you notify them, so expect one more charge. Committed 6- or 12-month plans add an early-termination fee, and charges are nonrefundable.

Monthly All Access memberships have no minimum term but require 30 days' notice to cancel. The separate Committed Membership Program is a 6- or 12-month commitment: ending a 6-month term before the 5th payment costs an early-termination fee equal to one month's dues, and ending a 12-month term before the 11th payment costs two months' dues, capped so the total never exceeds the original contract price.

Step-by-step cancellation

These steps only appear when the flow was verified against an official provider or platform source.

If you have a monthly CorePower Yoga membership (All Access and similar)

  1. 1

Sign in at corepoweryoga.com and go to your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Click My Membership (corepoweryoga.com/profile/account/my-membership).

  3. 3

    Click Cancel Membership.

  4. 4

Note the date: CorePower treats your notice as effective the business day after you notify them, and the membership and benefits terminate 30 days after that effective date.

  • Frozen membership? CorePower says you must unfreeze at corepoweryoga.com/profile/account/my-membership first and then cancel, and that you will be charged for the extra days needed to complete the 30-day notice period.
  • Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited memberships work differently: CorePower says notice before the monthly renewal date ends them at the end of that billing cycle, with no 30-day notice.

If you would rather cancel CorePower Yoga by phone

  1. 1

Call CorePower Yoga's Studio Support Center at 1-833-448-2561.

  2. 2

Call during support hours: Monday to Friday 7am–7pm MT, Saturday and Sunday 7am–3pm MT.

  3. 3

Ask to cancel your membership, and confirm the 30-day notice period and your final billing date.

  4. 4

You can also submit a request through the contact form at corepoweryoga.com/content/contact-us.

  • CorePower's contact page says that to freeze, cancel or change a membership you should use your account or contact its customer experience team.

If you are on a 6- or 12-month Committed Membership

  1. 1

Cancel the same way — dashboard > My Membership > Cancel Membership, or call 1-833-448-2561.

  2. 2

Act inside the initial cancellation window if you can: CorePower documents a five-business-day window for California members and a three-business-day window for New York members after signing.

  3. 3

After that window, expect an early-termination fee: one month's dues if you end a 6-month term before your 5th payment, or two months' dues if you end a 12-month term before your 11th payment.

  4. 4

Note that CorePower caps the total at the original total price of your Committed Membership, and that your benefits end at the end of your billing cycle.

  • A Committed Membership cannot be frozen, and CorePower says it converts automatically into a monthly All Access membership when the term expires.
  • CorePower documents exits that avoid the early-termination fee: death, a physician-verified disability, relocating more than 25 miles from a CorePower Yoga studio, or CorePower eliminating or substantially reducing the scope of the facilities. On the relocation exit it says it reserves the right to charge you $100, or $50 if more than half the life of the Committed Membership has expired.

Common problems

Only official-source troubleshooting notes are included here.

You cancelled CorePower Yoga but were charged again.

That is the documented behaviour. CorePower requires 30 days' notice on monthly memberships, with notice effective the business day after you submit it, so one more monthly charge is normal. It does not prorate or refund partial months.

Your membership is frozen and there is no cancel option.

CorePower says you must unfreeze first at corepoweryoga.com/profile/account/my-membership and then cancel. When you unfreeze to cancel you are charged for the days needed to complete the 30-day notice period, on top of any days left in the month you had already paid for.

You are locked into a Committed Membership and want out early.

CorePower documents an early-termination fee of one month's dues (six-month term, before the fifth payment) or two months' dues (twelve-month term, before the eleventh payment), capped at the original contract price. It also documents fee-free exits for death, physician-verified disability, a move of more than 25 miles from a studio, or a facility closure or substantial reduction.

You want to cancel but the online flow will not complete.

CorePower's own terms name the phone line as an equal path: call 1-833-448-2561 (Monday–Friday 7am–7pm MT, weekends 7am–3pm MT), or submit a request on corepoweryoga.com/content/contact-us. Note the date you gave notice, since the 30-day clock starts the next business day.

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • Your notice takes effect the business day after you submit it, and CorePower says the membership and its benefits terminate 30 days after that effective date.
  • Until that date you keep studio classes, CorePower Live, Yoga on Demand and the member discounts.
  • Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited memberships instead end at the end of the billing cycle.
  • CorePower says that if you want to rejoin later you must re-enrol in a then-current membership program at the then-current rates.

Refund notes

  • CorePower Yoga says membership charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law, that it does not prorate months, and that it does not refund or credit partial months.
  • One documented exception right after you join: CorePower says you may cancel a Monthly Program membership before midnight on the fifth business day after you enrol and your invoice is created (excluding Sundays and holidays) and will receive a pro rata refund within 10 days, less any services already used.
  • State rules add more: CorePower says New York members can cancel within three business days of purchase with all money refunded within ten business days, and that California Committed Memberships carry 5-, 20-, 30- or 45-day cancellation windows scaled to the contract price.

FAQ

How much notice does CorePower Yoga require to cancel?

Thirty days for a monthly membership. CorePower Yoga's terms say you may cancel at any time for any reason with 30 days' notice, that notice is effective the business day after you notify them, and that the membership terminates 30 days after that effective date. Limited Visit and Studio Pass Unlimited memberships instead end at the end of the billing cycle.

How do I cancel my CorePower Yoga membership online?

Sign in at corepoweryoga.com, open your dashboard, click My Membership (corepoweryoga.com/profile/account/my-membership) and click Cancel Membership. CorePower documents the same action by phone on 1-833-448-2561. If the membership is frozen you must unfreeze it first.

Is there a CorePower Yoga early-termination fee?

Only on the Committed Membership Program. CorePower says ending a six-month Committed Membership after the initial cancellation window but before the fifth payment costs one month's dues, and ending a twelve-month one before the eleventh payment costs two months' dues, capped so the total never exceeds the original contract price. Standard monthly memberships have no termination fee — just the 30-day notice.

Can I freeze my CorePower Yoga membership instead of cancelling?

Yes, for eligible monthly memberships. CorePower documents freezes of up to 90 days per 12-month period in 30-day increments, at a nonrefundable $15 Freeze Fee per freeze month, started from My Membership on your dashboard. You get no benefits while frozen, and you must unfreeze before you can cancel. Limited Visit, Studio Pass Unlimited and Committed memberships cannot be frozen.

Will CorePower Yoga refund my last month after I cancel?

Generally no. CorePower says membership charges are nonrefundable unless required by law, that it does not prorate months, and that it gives no refunds or credits for a partial month. The documented exceptions are the five-business-day window right after enrolment (pro rata refund within 10 days) and state-specific rights such as New York's three-business-day cancellation.
