Club Pilates' help center says memberships are handled at the studio level. Contact your home studio, refer to your state's membership agreement addendum, and ask for written confirmation of the cancellation and the final billing date.

You are still being billed after cancelling Club Pilates.

For the Club Pilates GO subscription, its licence agreement says billing continues until you submit a cancellation request and receive a cancellation confirmation email. For a studio membership, ask the studio to confirm the final billing date in writing, and check whether the charge is actually the separate app subscription.

You want to pause Club Pilates rather than cancel.

Club Pilates documents a freeze: request it 14 days before your next invoice (unless there is a medical issue), for up to 3 months, at a $35-per-month freeze fee. Freezing is not cancelling, so the membership resumes billing at the end of the freeze.

You prepaid a Club Pilates Annual membership and want out.

What happens after you cancel?
