Cancel in your Birchbox account (documented primary route)
- 1
Go to birchbox.com and log in to your Birchbox account.
- 2
Open your account and find the Manage Subscriptions section (also referred to as Account Settings). Birchbox documents the section by name rather than by a fixed URL; navigate from your profile menu rather than typing a path.
- 3
Select your plan — Birchbox Monthly or Birchbox Signature — and follow the cancellation steps there to opt out of renewal.
- 4
Do this before your renewal date. Birchbox's billing article states renewals typically take place the 1st through the 5th of the month, and its Cancellation Policy states that if you have already been billed for this month's box, the cancellation takes effect with the next billing cycle.
- 5
Note the limit on term plans: Birchbox states that 3, 6 and 12-month plans with a term commitment cannot be cancelled mid-term — you can only opt out of auto-renewal.
- 6
Save the confirmation. Birchbox describes cancelling as preventing the plan from renewing on its next renewal date, not as ending the term you already paid for, and states that cancelling does not trigger a refund of prepaid amounts.
