To stop a TIDAL plan billed by TIDAL, sign in at account.tidal.com, open Subscription settings, and select Cancel Subscription, then confirm. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, or a mobile carrier, cancel through that platform instead. TIDAL does not provide prorated refunds for direct billing.
