Go to store.google.com/subscriptions and sign in with the Google Account that was used to buy the membership.
Select Google Health Premium (it may still be listed as Fitbit Premium on older accounts).
Under "Payment method", click Cancel subscription.
Click Confirm to complete the cancellation.
Open the Google Health app and tap your profile picture or initial in the top right.
Tap Google Health Settings, then Google Health Premium, then Membership benefits.
Tap Cancel membership at the bottom of the page.
