How to cancel AG1

AG1 is a direct subscription you manage yourself. Cancel in your online member account at drinkag1.com, or contact the customer team by email (support@drinkag1.com) or phone. Cancellations take effect on the last day of your current billing period, so cancel before it ends to stop the next order. A 90-day money-back assurance covers your first order.

Cancel in your AG1 member portal (online)

What happens after you cancel?

Post-cancellation details like access, downgrade behavior, and refund caveats are shown only when the provider documents them.

  • Any order already paid for still ships and remains yours.
  • You can restart a subscription later from your member account.

Refund notes

  • 90-day money-back assurance on your first order of each product: email support@drinkag1.com within 90 days with your name, order number, purchase date and address, then return the product. The refund is issued roughly six weeks after they receive the returned product, and shipping costs aren't refunded. Cancelling a subscription on its own is not a refund. Check current terms.
